25 years of coding and nearly 20 in leadership, here's what actually stuck.

It seems like all the career advice I see, is written by people who've done one thing for five years and extrapolated wildly. Or....... or.............. used their 3 months of typing into a prompt and are suddenly self proclaimed AI Evangelists and Architects! And don't get me started on all the GlassDoor reviews I see, especially in Utah, about toxic engineering leadership and culture. LOL. I digress.

I've consulted, shipped, scaled, and sold. I've built teams from scratch, inherited disasters, and sunset legacy systems while new systems take on the new waves.

And after 25 years, what I have actually learned, well, I figure I might as well get it out there, even though, yes, no one asked.

Sike.

No one cares.

Proof is in the pudding.
