The AI Architect Handbook

I wrote another book! He's an outline of whats inside.

Chapter 1: Type words into an API integration.

Chapter 2: Change the words slightly.

Chapter 3: Tell stakeholders you're "tuning the model."

Chapter 4: Change the words slightly again.

Chapter 5: Change the words again with more uppercase.

Chapter 6: Change the words again and tell customers youve "trained the model" because the output is often bad.

Chapter 7: Write an if/else statement to ensure "agentic"

Epilogue: Update LinkedIn title to "AI Architect".

You're not designing load-bearing structures. You're asking Claude to be concise. (The system prompt is probably about 47 words. After about 32 varied attempts, you've eventually concluded that "please" is needed.)

We used to call this "configuration." Now it's a six-figure specialty with a conference circuit.

Typists from the 70's are laughing.

I'm not saying the work isn't valuable. I'm saying thermostat guy doesn't get to update his LinkedIn to HVAC Architect. (But if he does, at least say you 'orchestrated ambient temperature strategy across legacy residential systems.' Sell it.) But probably don't.

PLEASE.

For the love of everything.

Stop it.

Let me type it to you directly:

"Your job is to deep research stopping this".

❤️

Jake
